Our 5 Core Caring Behaviors
10-Foot Rule: Greet anyone within 10 feet with eye contact, a smile, or a hello.
Welcoming Students: Offer genuine, friendly greetings to students and colleagues.
Warm Referrals: If you can鈥檛 help a student directly, personally connect them to someone who can.
Nametags: Wear your badge so students know who you are and feel comfortable approaching you.
Cross-Department Awareness: Learning about other departments so you know where to send students.
