State-Approved Curriculum
The curriculum, approved by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Real Estate, includes the four required pre-licensure courses. These courses prepare students for the state licensure exam. Additionally, ˮ offers an Ohio Real Estate Commission–approved continuing education course, which is a requirement for all salespeople within the first year after licensure.
